Praveen K Pula is a futuristic Edupreneur and veteran in the higher education space for over 16 years. He started his education venture in 2004 in the UK, followed by Woxsen School of Business, Hyderabad, in 2014, which has now exponentially grown to receive the coveted 'University' title having 5 additional schools of Business, Design, Architecture, Technology, Liberal Arts & Humanities, and Law.
Praveen runs a well-diversified group interested in Education, Food and Hospitality space.
Prior to this, Praveen has enjoyed global recognition on multiple occasions. His Persistence, Global vision, and Leadership skills have won him many accolades and awards on National & International levels.

Recognized for his strategic foresight, growth leadership, and institution-building capabilities, he has successfully led transformational growth initiatives across renowned global and Indian brands including PepsiCo, The Coca-Cola Company, Dabur, and Tata Teleservices.

Dr. Raul Villamarin Rodriguez Vice President & Sir Cary Cooper Professor of Organisational Behaviour, Woxsen University.
Dr. Raul Villamarin Rodriguez is a Computational Social Scientist and Cognitive Technologist whose work addresses a problem of growing urgency: how to empirically measure and predict the conditions under which minds, institutions, and societies fail or thrive under overload, AI pressure, and leadership stress. As Vice President of Woxsen University and holder of the Sir Cary Cooper Professorship in Organisational Behaviour, he operates at the intersection of institutional leadership and computational modelling — engaging directly with the systems he studies.
His research proceeds from a unifying premise: that political orders, corporate environments, healthcare systems, and critical infrastructure are best understood as boundedly rational systems shaped by constraint, uncertainty, and incentive misalignment. The task is not description, but prediction under complexity. Across domains conventionally treated as distinct — elections, markets, organisations, and infrastructure — Dr. Rodriguez pursues a single question: how can intelligence and rationality be formally modelled before the conditions that sustain them begin to degrade?

Dr. V.J. Byra Reddy is a distinguished academic leader, educator, and quality assurance expert with over 25 years of experience in higher education. He currently serves as the Vice Chancellor of Woxsen University and has played a pivotal role in advancing academic excellence, global collaborations, and institutional quality benchmarks.
He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Mangalore University and a postgraduate degree in Economics from Bangalore University. Widely recognized for his pioneering contributions to quality assurance and accreditation in higher education, Dr. Reddy serves as the Chair of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).
Over the course of his illustrious career, Dr. Reddy has held several senior academic and leadership roles at reputed higher education institutions and has contributed extensively to academic governance, institutional development, and global accreditation initiatives. His academic expertise spans managerial economics, international business, research methods, and public policy, with significant contributions to teaching, research, and academic policy advocacy.
Dr. Reddy has collaborated extensively with universities and institutions across Sri Lanka, Turkey, France, and the Philippines, contributing to international academic partnerships and cross-border educational initiatives.
