From Learning to Leading: Project UDAAN
Ms. Vennela Sai Chenna, Communication Design, Semester V, School of Arts & Design, has been selected for the Millennium Fellowship Class of 2026, presented by the United Nations Academic Impact and Millennium Campus Network, through her project Education One.
As Co-Founder and Team Lead of Project UDAAN, she is leading a seven-member team working to bridge educational and opportunity gaps for students from underserved and rural communities.
From August to November 2026, the initiative aims to reach approximately 3,000 students through school visits, mentorship and career guidance, technology awareness, interactive learning activities, and engagement with schools, educators, and NGOs.
Aligned with SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, Project UDAAN reflects how student-led initiatives can turn purpose into meaningful social impact.
