We congratulate Swagatika Das, PhD Scholar of Dr. Anik Nandi, School of Business, on presenting her research paper, “Corporate Language Policy and Workplace Multilingualism in India: A Future Research Agenda for Inclusive Workplaces,” at the 19th International Conference on Management & Language (GEM&L) hosted by BI Norwegian Business School, Oslo.
Co-authored with Dr. Anik Nandi and Guro R. Sanden, the research explores critical perspectives on multilingualism, inclusion, and workplace communication in India.
