The M.Des Product Design Innovation cohort of Woxsen University attended the Rising Leaders Forum at UX India 2026, held on 26 and 27 September in Bengaluru.
Over two days, students got a closer look at how design leaders think about strategy, influence, and the future of the field. Through keynotes, panel discussions, and conversations beyond the sessions, they heard how leaders build design cultures inside organisations, make the case for design at the decision-making table, and navigate the shifts that AI and emerging technologies are bringing to practice.
Meeting designers, researchers, founders, and fellow students from across the community was a highlight. Hearing about real projects, the challenges behind them, and the thinking that shaped them gave the cohort a view of design that no classroom can fully replicate.
