WOXSEN APEX brought together the Centre Heads of the Outreach Team for a focused learning experience designed to strengthen the skills that shape meaningful stakeholder engagement and the Woxsen experience.
The programme, organised by Woxsen University through the Centre of Talent Development (COTD), brought together multiple dimensions of professional development:
Art of Persuasion with Prof. Mervyn Michael, exploring decision drivers, needs discovery, value-based communication, objection handling, and structured follow-up. Participants worked on moving beyond simply presenting information to understanding needs, creating relevance, and guiding decisions.
ABC of Image Management with Prof. Syed Hassan Abdullah, focusing on Appearance, Behaviour, and Communication, professional grooming, business etiquette, and effective stakeholder communication.
The programme also featured Woxsen EDGE, highlighting experiential faculty and student development; COTD, showcasing its human-centric skill development journey; and the Woxsen National Olympiad 2027, introducing its upcoming two-day residential academic experience.
The session concluded with reflection and certification, centred on one objective: creating consistent, confident, and meaningful experiences for every stakeholder who engages with Woxsen University.
