TECHSPHERE-2026 – National Science & Technology Student Conclave

What began with discussions, planning, and a vision to create something meaningful for students came together as a platform that brought 424+ participants, 106+ teams, and innovators from 4+ states under one roof.
65% of the participants were women, making the event even more special by showcasing the growing participation and leadership of women in STEM.
For the IEEE Woxsen University Student Branch, TECHSPHERE-2026 was not just another event on the calendar.
It was a complete journey of ownership, teamwork, coordination, leadership, and execution. From vision to execution, our team drove every aspect of TECHSPHERE-2026 bringing together participants, industry leaders, faculty, and teams to create a seamless national-level experience.
Managing 424+ participants came with challenges, last-minute changes, countless calls, and long hours behind the scenes, but seeing it all come together made every effort worth it.
The most fulfilling moment was standing at the venue and realizing that something we once imagined had become a reality.
From an idea - To a plan - To a team effort - And finally, to a National-Level Conclave And that is what makes TECHSPHERE-2026 a truly proud moment for all of us.
