Stride Nexus: B.Sc. Sports Science Orientation
Woxsen University welcomed the inaugural batch of B.Sc. Sports Science through a three-day orientation programme, from 24 to 26 August 2026.
Over these three days, students engaged with academic leaders, industry experts, accomplished athletes, and sports professionals shaping the future of sport, health, performance, and innovation, including Chief Guest Dr. Mamta R Agarwal (Formerly Adviser-I, AICTE and Joint Secretary, UGC), Chief Guest Narendra Ram (Founder, Life Span, and President, Telangana Rugby Association), and Distinguished Guests Karthik Yanamandra (Founder, 360 Degree Sports), Antony Chacko (Director, Centre for Sports Science, Bangalore), and Aditya Vutpala (General Secretary, Telangana Rugby Association).
From athlete development and sports technology to entrepreneurship, leadership, and high-performance science, the orientation reflects Woxsen's commitment to building the next generation of sports science professionals.
