Strengthening Women Safety Through Capacity Building
At Woxsen University, we believe that a safe, inclusive, and respectful campus is the foundation of an excellent learning and working environment.
As part of this commitment, 10 faculty members from Woxsen University participated in the One-Day Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme on Women Safety, organized by the Higher Education Department, Women Safety Wing, Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Government of Telangana, at NIMSME (MSME Institute), Hyderabad.
The programme provided valuable insights into creating safer educational spaces, understanding institutional responsibilities, promoting gender sensitization, strengthening support mechanisms, and fostering a culture of dignity and respect on campus.
This initiative reflects Woxsen University's continuous efforts to empower its faculty with the knowledge and skills required to promote women's safety and well-being within the university community.
At Woxsen, we firmly believe that investing in faculty development is investing in a safer and more inclusive future. We will continue to take proactive initiatives that promote women's safety, staff well-being, and a positive institutional culture.
