Syed Bariqa Ali, BBA (2022-25) Batch, learned the art of Amigurumi during the pandemic. Amigurumi is a Japanese Art Style of knitting or crocheting stuffed yarn creatures. It was her way of dealing with stress as it has been proven in studies that forms of creativity can be used as stress relievers and experience significant reductions in cortisol levels when doing so.
