The main motive of this Smart System is to prevent people from skipping their routines. The system comprises a smart device and a smart application installed in an electronic gadget. The smart device can be strapped onto the body parts such as the arm, wrist, leg, etc., or accessories like footwear, walking sticks, etc., which are part of the physical activities.
