Apprise 2023 was a platform to celebrate LGBTQ Community Achievements. A 2-Day event, it witnessed a workshop on Building & Leading Inclusive Organisations by Harish Iyer, Head DEI at Axis Bank.
This was followed by various renowned personalities from the Transgender community such as Vyjayanti Vasanta Mogli, Rachana Mudraboyina, Tashi Chodeup, and Kartik Pulugurtha at Woxsen University, speaking about their association with the state welfare board and several other associations through which they support the LGBTQ community to promote entrepreneurship and livelihood opportunities among transgender communities in India, especially in the state of Telangana.
The panel symposia brought up questions on various social issues related to the transgender community where students asked several questions. Students also played out a skit to depict the social changes. This event was aimed to start a dialogue for creating inclusive spaces for all and was partnered with Youngistaan Foundation.
