Sr. Program Advisor – UG Programs

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate must be a seasoned professional in either sales, marketing or customer/student/parent interfacing
  • High-energy professional possessing a strong sense of urgency with a strong performance-based track record
  • Develop strong understanding about the PG Programs & leverage those insights while communicating the information to the students & parents
  • Manage all leads/enquiries in CRM while following up & closing those leads towards a better conversion ratio.
  • Responsible for providing information, advice and support to the prospective students & parents over phone and in person
  • Bring fresh perspective to the organisation in terms of building the brand & how we can increase our leads conversion ratio
  • Actively participate & ensure we take every step to project Woxsen University as an institution of repute

  • Undergraduation (UG) in any stream
  • Fluency in English language, Written & Verbal
  • Further educational qualifications will be an added advantage


  • 3-5 Years of work experience as program advisor/student counsellor
  • Candidates from sales, marketing or customer service may also apply
