Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates with a background in Planning, Civil Engineering, or related Design disciplines may also be considered.
Preferred Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in architecture, planning, or construction (not mandatory).
Portfolio: Mandatory submission showcasing design and planning projects
Good understanding of English language and communication skills are essential for academic coursework and professional practice.
Woxsen Design Test (WDT) followed by Portfolio Review and Personal Interview. Candidates with valid scores in national-level architecture or planning aptitude tests (e.g., GATE–Architecture & Planning, NATA) may also be considered.

Only students selected basis their Composite Score (who have submitted their Entrance Test Scorecard & also Completed PI Round) will be duly intimated if they have won the Additional Merit Scholarship of 10%, over & above the Regular Scholarship.
Students who have got an Offer letter with Additional 10% Scholarship under Scholar's Round will have to confirm their seat by paying the Commitment Fee by 30th October 2025
If the commitment fee payment date is missed, the Additional Merit Scholarship of 10% will no longer be valid & the application will be treated as Regular Admission.
