To acknowledge the significant contributions of the School of Law at Woxsen University and its esteemed publication, the Woxsen Law Review, has a great impact for our community. This biannual journal plays a pivotal role in facilitating meaningful dialogue on contemporary legal discussions, providing a platform for scholars, practitioners, researchers, judges, and students to share their insights and expertise.

The Woxsen Law Review is distinguished by its interdisciplinary approach, encompassing both national and international legal affairs. Its ability to foster diverse perspectives on critical issues within the legal, policy and specialized domains makes it a vital resource for strengthening legal scholarship and research. The ongoing efforts of the School of Law and the Woxsen Law Review and its contributions to the legal discourse are of immense value for the academic community.

School of Law, Woxsen University was established in the year 2023 with a focus to impart high quality legal education in the country. Since its inception, it is committed to providing global legal education to its students. In order to achieve the vision and mission of law school, the university has laid great emphasis on research publication.

The Woxsen Law Review is the first flagship review of the School of Law, Woxsen University, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The WLR is envisioned to be instrumental for promoting multidisciplinary legal research and scholastic conversations. It promotes research by bringing together global legal thoughts from the academia, practitioners, policy makers, scholars, and students to add a new colour to the existing discourse. I am obliged to the editorial advisory board for their able guidance and invaluable suggestion. I am also thankful to the editor and faculty members for burning the midnight oil to publish the maiden scholarly review and, the contributors for their erudite scholarships.
