The vision in establishing School of Law, Woxsen University is to impart globalised legal education with a view to producing world-class legal professionals and scholars in the field of law. In order to implement the vision and mission into reality, the curriculum and pedagogy of the integrated five years programme is designed to give extensive exposure to its students to international and comparative law courses. The Woxsen Law Review is the faculty-edited flagship journal of the School of Law, Woxsen University, Hyderabad, India. It is curated as a themed dossier on interdisciplinary and general areas of law. It is published to disseminate our research work to a wider public audience. A mark of success relates to the editorial team and the contributors for turning this dream into reality. The School of Law at Woxsen University, established in 2023, is dedicated to delivering excellence in legal education in India. The Woxsen Law Review (WLR) is the premier flagship journal of the School of Law at Woxsen University, located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The WLR is designed to foster interdisciplinary legal research and facilitate scholarly discussions. It serves as a platform for integrating diverse legal perspectives from academics, practitioners, policymakers, scholars, and students, enriching the ongoing discourse in the field. I extend my sincere gratitude to the Editorial Advisory Board for their insightful guidance and invaluable recommendations. My appreciation also goes to the editor and faculty members for their tireless efforts in bringing this inaugural issue to fruition, as well as to the contributors for their profound scholarship.
