Woxsen University signs MoU with National Research University of Electronic Technology, Zelenograd, Russia

Woxsen University is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET), a leading public university located in Zelenograd, Russia.

This strategic partnership creates exciting opportunities for collaboration between Woxsen University's School of Technology and MIET. The MOU facilitates initiatives in student and faculty exchange programs, joint research projects, short-term academic programs, progressive study opportunities, and collaborative endeavors.

Dr. Alexander G. Balashov, Vice Rector of MIET, and Mr. Chahat Mishra, Head of International Relations and Strategic Development at Woxsen University, signed and exchanged the MOU in the presence of Ms. Natalya Kartushina, Deputy Head of Center for International Academic Relations at MIET.

Renowned as one of Moscow's top public universities, MIET boasts a distinguished reputation in microelectronics, nanotechnology in electronics, information and telecommunication technologies, fundamental sciences, economics, graphic design, and linguistics. Notably, Zelenograd houses one of the six free economic zones established in Russia specifically for high-tech companies, further amplifying the city's significance in the technology sector.

This zone also encompasses the innovative MIET Innovation Complex.
This collaborative effort between Woxsen University and MIET holds immense potential to foster academic exchange, groundbreaking research, and the development of future generations of leading technological minds.
