Job Description
- The ideal candidate must be a seasoned professional in either sales, marketing or customer/student/parent interfacing
- High-energy professional possessing a strong sense of urgency with a strong performance-based track record
- Develop strong understanding about the PG Programs & leverage those insights while communicating the information to the students & parents
- Manage all leads/enquiries in CRM while following up & closing those leads towards a better conversion ratio.
- Responsible for providing information, advice and support to the prospective students & parents over phone and in person
- Bring fresh perspective to the organisation in terms of building the brand & how we can increase our leads conversion ratio
- Actively participate & ensure we take every step to project Woxsen University as an institution of repute

Qualification
- Undergraduation (UG) in any stream
- Fluency in English language, Written & Verbal
- Further educational qualifications will be an added advantage
Experience
- 3-5 Years of work experience as program advisor/ student counsellor
- Candidates from sales, marketing or customer service may also apply
