Overview

Woxsen University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Ethics, Responsibility, Sustainability to lead the university's initiatives in these areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, programs, and initiatives related to ethics, responsibility, and sustainability across the university. This position will require strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of ethical and sustainable practces, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to promote ethical behaviour, corporate responsibility, and sustainability across the university.
• Work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students to identify opportunities to integrate ethical and sustainable practices into the curriculum and university operations.
• Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in ethics, responsibility, and sustainability and develop strategies to incorporate these into university initiatives.
• Engage with external stakeholders, such as businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations, to promote ethical and sustainable practices and partnerships.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of policies related to ethical conduct, corporate responsibility, and sustainability across the university.
• Advise senior leadership on ethical and sustainable issues and provide guidance on best practices.
• Develop and deliver training programs on ethical and sustainable practices for university staff, faculty, and students.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments across the university to ensure that ethical and sustainable practices are integrated into all aspects of university operations.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Ethics, Sustainability, or related field required. Doctorate degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate responsibility, ethics, sustainability, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ethical and sustainable practices and their importance in corporate responsibility and sustainability.
• Experience developing and implementing policies, programs, and initiatives related to ethics, responsibility, and sustainability.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
