Overview:

Woxsen University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Corporate Alignment and Academic Partnerships to lead the university's initiatives in building partnerships with corporations and academic institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to establish and strengthen relationships with corporate partners and academic institutions, and aligning academic programs with industry needs. This position requires excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of corporate and academic cultures and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to establish and strengthen relationships with corporations and academic institutions.
• Identify and engage potential corporate partners and academic institutions to establish partnerships that align with the university's strategic priorities.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with corporate partners and academic institutions, ensuring that they are aligned with the university's goals and objectives.
• Work with faculty and staff to align academic programs with industry needs, ensuring that students are equipped with the knowledge and skills required by employers.
• Collaborate with corporate partners and academic institutions to develop and implement joint projects, initiatives, and research programs.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of policies related to corporate alignment and academic partnerships.
• Represent the university at events, conferences, and meetings with corporate partners and academic institutions.
• Advise senior leadership on trends, opportunities, and challenges related to corporate alignment and academic partnerships.

• Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and academic institutions.
• Ability to align academic programs with industry needs.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required. Doctorate degree is preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate alignment, business development, marketing, or related field.
