Accreditations Coordinator and International Liaison

Roles and Responsibilities:

  •  Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Dean/Accreditation Office to ensure the organization and project decisions align with the overall objectives
  •  Responsible for reporting and liaising with the Accreditation team members in the US and UK to gather requirements to support the office
  •  Managing the accreditation (AACSB, AMBA, EFMD, EQUIS) requirements and renewal includes facilitating discussions with the wider committee group
  •  Responsible for the implementation/coordination of the accreditation process in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures to ensure quality and compliance
  •  Assess each course against the program learning goals to determine conformity of learning objectives
  •  Plan and facilitate the standalone AOL assessments every year with internal stakeholders and external consultants
  •  Provide day-to-day support to faculty regarding Assurance of Learning (AOL) queries
  •  Prepare Accreditation and AOL reports and conduct data analysis for ‘closing the loop’ for assurance of learning
  •  Conduct regular committee meetings for carrying out tasks to fulfill the continuous improvement objective and prepare the minutes of the meetings
  •  Provide suggestions on areas of improvement within the domain
  •  Document all the information related to AOL and Accreditation
  •  To liaise with the Peer Review Team from various international colleges during the visit to the campus
