Our 4th semester Industrial Design students recently visited T-Works, Hyderabad – India's largest Prototyping Center, as part of our "Introduction to the World of Prototyping" course.
During this insightful visit, students delved into the intricacies of various prototyping techniques, gaining hands-on experience with state-of-the-art machinery across wood, metal, and ceramic materials. From witnessing ongoing projects utilizing CNC Machines, 3D Printing, to exploring Laser Cutting machines, Sensor Lab, and Electronics Lab, the visit was a comprehensive immersion into the realm of innovation.
Engaging with the core technical team, our students gleaned invaluable insights into the process of transcending product aesthetics to ensure functionality. This experience not only broadened their understanding of prototyping but also nurtured their ability to conceptualize and actualize designs with real-world applications"
