Accreditations Coordinator and International Liaison
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Dean/Accreditation Office to ensure the organization and project decisions align with the overall objectives
- Responsible for reporting and liaising with the Accreditation team members in the US and UK to gather requirements to support the office
- Managing the accreditation (AACSB, AMBA, EFMD, EQUIS) requirements and renewal includes facilitating discussions with the wider committee group
- Responsible for the implementation/coordination of the accreditation process in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures to ensure quality and compliance
- Assess each course against the program learning goals to determine conformity of learning objectives
- Plan and facilitate the standalone AOL assessments every year with internal stakeholders and external consultants
- Provide day-to-day support to faculty regarding Assurance of Learning (AOL) queries
- Prepare Accreditation and AOL reports and conduct data analysis for ‘closing the loop’ for assurance of learning
- Conduct regular committee meetings for carrying out tasks to fulfill the continuous improvement objective and prepare the minutes of the meetings
- Provide suggestions on areas of improvement within the domain
- Document all the information related to AOL and Accreditation
- To liaise with the Peer Review Team from various international colleges during the visit to the campus
