INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE AUTHORS

• Papers must be submitted online using the Microsoft CMT, which is a completely web-based submission, peer-review, and tracking system.
• All submissions must be in English and include a brief abstract in word format. It will be evaluated by independent experts (at least three) in the   Blind peer review process.
• All pages must be numbered in the same order. Tables and figures can be included within the text or placed on other pages with appropriate   captions (s).
• The title of the paper, the author's name(s), and entire institutional affiliation(s) should all be mentioned on the first page of the manuscript. There   should also be an abbreviated title (for running heads).
• A list of 4-6 keywords should be provided immediately after the abstract. These keywords should be relatively independent (coordinate index terms)   and should best describe the paper.
• All the references should be mentioned in alphabetical order.

The paper will be checked for plagiarism with turnitin, the similarity should be less than 20%.

Ethics and Malpractice Statement

Ethical considerations and the prevention of malpractice are crucial in the publication of manuscripts in proceedings. Below are common rules and components typically included in the Ethics and Malpractice Statement for publishing manuscripts.


Authorship and Contributor ship


Clearly define criteria for authorship, ensuring that individuals who have made significant contributions are acknowledged as authors. State that all listed authors have approved the manuscript and agree to its submission for publication.


Originality and Plagiarism


Authors should explicitly state that manuscripts must be original work and not published elsewhere. They should also emphasize the prohibition of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, and outline consequences for violations.


Data and Results Integrity


It is a mandate that authors provide accurate and truthful data and results. They should also address concerns related to data fabrication, falsification, or manipulation if any.


Conflicts of interests


Authors require to disclose any conflicts of interest that could influence the research or its interpretation. Should also specify how the conflicts of interests will be handled during the review process.


Ethical approval and Informed Consent


Authors require to provide evidence of ethical approval for human and animal research. A mandate of inclusion of informed consent from participants in studies involving human subjects.


Reviewer confidentiality

The review policy is built on principles of trust, objectivity, and confidentiality. Reviewers play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and quality of the proceedings. By accepting to review a manuscript, reviewers agree to abide by the following confidentiality guidelines. Our reviewers are committed in treating all submitted manuscripts as privileged and confidential documents. Manuscripts and any accompanying materials will not be disclosed to anyone or discussed with anyone not directly involved in the review process. Reviewers will not share, copy, or distribute any part of the manuscript without explicit permission from the proceedings' editorial board. Our reviewers maintain anonymity throughout the review process unless otherwise specified by the proceedings' editorial policy. Efforts are made to ensure that the reviewers identity remains confidential to the authors. Information obtained during the review process, including ideas, data, or interpretations, should not be used for personal gain or any other purpose unrelated to the peer review.

We are committed to timely evaluation and presentation/publication of fully approved papers at the ICSSCGE-2024. All submissions are subjected to a rigorous review procedure in order to maintain a high-quality publication. The following are the characteristics of the blind peer-review procedure:


• Parallel submissions of the same Research Paper to a different Conference, Journals or Symposium will not be accepted.
• Papers having content outside the scope will not be reviewed.
• In accordance with ICSSCGE-2024 policy, submissions will be assessed by 3 experts as suggested by the organizing committee.
• Presentation and publication related decision(s) are made by the Organizing Committee (ICSSCGE-2024), based on the reports given by the experts.   The authors of papers that are not approved will be notified promptly and the decision taken by the organizing committee ICSSCGE-2024 will be the   final verdict.
• All the submitted papers are considered confidential documents. We expect our Board of Reviewing Editors and reviewers to treat the papers as   confidential matters as well.
• Editors and Reviewers must ensure the papers meet all the mentioned requirements.
• Editors and reviewers engaged in the review procedure must state any conflict of interest arising from direct competition, collaboration, or other ties   with any of the authors, and should withdraw themselves from situations where such conflicts prevent objective evaluation. The utilization of   privileged information or ideas received via peer review for competitive benefit is prohibited.
• Review reports should be made available on request to the Managing Editor if required.
• The identities of the reviewers cannot be disclosed, and the peer review procedure is confidential.
