About the Conference

In Recent days, Artificial Intelligence & Knowledge Processing is playing a vital role in changing most of the sectors’ process and landscapes. AI has an enormous impact on various automation industries and their functioning converting traditional industries to AI-based factories. New AI algorithms are changing the way business processes and results are analysed for enhancing their business. Knowledge processing is the act of comprehending and then representing human knowledge in data structures; semantic models, which are conceptual diagrams of data as they relate to the real world; and heuristics, which are principles that lead to answers to every AI challenge. Hence, a brainstorming and knowledge sharing platform to further discuss future developments is essential. The AIKP’22 conference includes all areas of AI research especially on business analytics. This conference is an initiation by School of Business, Woxsen University, Hyderabad, India to gather and share knowledge among Undergraduates, Postgraduates, eminent scholars and practitioners. It also creates a platform for many AI and ML experts/ scholars to showcase their research work.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE AUTHORS:

  • Papers must be submitted online using the Editorial Manager (EM) – EASYCHAIR system, which is a completely web-based submission, peer-review, and tracking system.
  • All submissions must be in English and include a brief abstract. It will be evaluated by independent experts (at least three) in the Blind peer review process.
  • All pages must be numbered in the same order. Tables and figures can be included within the text or placed on other pages with appropriate captions (s).
  • The title of the paper, the author's name(s), and entire institutional affiliation(s) should all be mentioned on the first page of the manuscript. There should also be an abbreviated title (for running heads).
  • A list of 4—6 keywords should be provided immediately after the abstract. These keywords should be relatively independent (coordinate index terms) and should best describe the paper as a whole.
  • Footnotes should be numbered alphabetically and inserted at the end of a text page, apart from acknowledgements and grant information (not to be listed separately).
  • Authors should mention computing requirements (Hardware & Software) as well as performance issues.
  • All the references should be mentioned in alphabetical order.
  • Submissions that do not follow the above instructions may be returned to the authors for correction before being published.

BLIND REVIEW POLICY:

We are committed to timely evaluation and presentation/publication of fully approved papers at the Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Processing 2022 (AIKP’22). All submissions are subjected to a rigorous review procedure in order to maintain a high-quality publication. The following are the characteristics of the blind peer-review procedure:

  • Parallel submissions of the same Research Paper to a different Conference, Journals or Symposium will not be accepted.
  • Papers having content outside the scope will not be reviewed.
  • In accordance with AIKP’22 policy, submissions will be assessed by 3 experts as suggested by the organizing committee.
  • Presentation and publication related decision(s) are made by the Organizing Committee AIKP’22, based on the reports given by the experts. The authors of papers that are not approved will be notified promptly and the decision taken by the organizing committee AIKP’22 will be the final verdict.
  • All the submitted papers are considered confidential documents. We expect our Board of Reviewing Editors and reviewers to treat the papers as confidential matters as well.
  • Editors and Reviewers must ensure the papers meet all the mentioned requirements.
  • Editors and reviewers engaged in the review procedure must state any conflict of interest arising from direct competition, collaboration or other ties with any of the authors, and should withdraw themselves from situations where such conflicts prevent objective evaluation. The utilization of privileged information or ideas received via peer review for competitive benefit is prohibited.
  • Review reports should be made available on request to the Managing Editor if required
  • The identities of the reviewers cannot be disclosed and the peer review procedure is confidential

ETHICAL POLICY FOR AIKP 2022

Authors must be truthful when reporting their study findings and conclusions. Knowledge is damaged by research malpractice. It has the potential to mislead other researchers.

(a)Research Results:

Security breaches or research results from others, as well as data manipulation, misrepresentation, or biased reporting with the purpose to mislead or deceive, is unethical. The findings of research should be documented and required to file so that they can be analysed and reviewed. The information should be stored for a reasonable time after publication and made available upon request. Exceptions may be appropriate in some cases to safeguard privacy, ensure patent protection, or for other similar reasons.

(b) Authorship:

Everyone who has made a major contribution must be given the opportunity to be recognized as author. Other people who have helped with the project should also be recognized. All authors, both academic and corporate, should report a complete disclosure of their current institutional affiliations in their articles.

(c) Plagiarism:

It is not allowed to plagiarize text from other papers without correctly crediting the source (plagiarism) or to publish several papers with nearly identical information by the same authors (self-plagiarism). It is unethical to submit the same results to many journals at the same time. The review articles are an exception. It is not permissible for authors to present results gained from others as if they were their own. Authors should acknowledge the work of others who have impacted the direction and course of their research and mention publications that have provided the path for their research.

(d) Duplicate Submission:

Parallel presentations of the same Research Article / Manuscript to multiple Conferences / Journals are not permitted. If it is discovered that the submitted article has been duplicated elsewhere, it will be eliminated without consideration.

(e) Human and Animal Rights:

If there is the usage of human subjects or human medical data in the work, the author should ensure the work described is executed in accordance with The Code of Ethics of the World Medical Association (Declaration of Helsinki) for experiments on humans: Clinical Trials Results, Reporting Clinical Trials, Registration of Clinical Trials- must be followed.
