About WIN 23
The Woxsen University Conference on Inclusive Organizations is an initiative to bring both industry and
academic research to revisit the existing narratives around Diversity, Equality and Inclusion and to
create a collective voice of the various stakeholders that will contribute towards improving the existing
paradigms and organizational practices centered around sustainable development.
We invite you to be a part of this movement through your active participation in the form of oral
presentations, posters, or as an attending delegate.
Publication
Selected Papers of the Conference will be considered for further review and publication in the following
research journals (ABDC listed or SCOPUS indexed):
1. Business Perspectives & Research (Sage Publication): Special Issue on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and
Belonging (DEIB).
2. Journal of Asia Entrepreneurship and Sustainability: Special Issue on the Conference Theme.
3. Purushartha – A Journal of Management, Ethics and Spirituality
Selected Papers will also be considered for book chapter in a proposed Edited Book with a reputed
publishing house.
4. Gender in Management: An International Journal (Emerald Publishing) - Special Issue on “Women's career
motivations – international challenges and perspectives”
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Extended abstract of about 1000 words (excluding references which should be in APA format) to be submitted. Full papers (about 6000-7000 words) will be considered for publication opportunities after peer review process. Papers should be in MS-Word (doc or docx format) without author names for blind review. All submissions to be emailed to win23@woxsen.edu.in

About Woxsen University
