Program Structure
The PGPXP program serves a vital need of the economy – transforming professionals with technical/functional skills into managers and entrepreneurs. Participants in the program possess at least two years of experience in a business firm or not-for-profit organisation. The program builds on this foundation of business understanding by adding knowledge and skills essential to manage the business rather than just carry out instructions.

Since the program is completed in just 12 months, the pace will be fast and furious. The first four terms deal with the fundamental concepts of business – economics, marketing, quantitative analysis, accounting & finance, operations, organisational behaviour and so on. These courses are common for all students and need to be completed before students opt for their area of specialisation.

Business Specialisations
At the end of the fourth term, students are required to select their area of specialization from the following:

  • - Finance
  • - Operations

During terms 5 to 8, the curriculum has a mix of core and elective courses across the three disciplines. The list of core and elective courses over the program is given below. This is a dynamic list that may be amended.

Global Immersion Program at Mannheim Business School, Germany
During the program, students will visit Mannheim Business School, Germany which is the highest ranked business school in Germany and one of the finest in the world. Seeing how some of the best engineering companies in the world conduct business and understanding the business environment of the Euro Zone is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our students.
