Duration : 12 months
Structure : Eight terms
Specialisations : Marketing, Finance and Operations

Programme Structure
The PGPXP programme serves a vital need of the economy – transforming professionals with technical/functional skills into managers and entrepreneurs. Participants in the programme possess at least two years of experience in a business firm or not-for-profit organisation. The programme builds on this foundation of business understanding by adding knowledge and skills essential to manage the business rather than just carry out instructions.

Since the programme is completed in just 12 months, the pace will be fast and furious. The first four terms deal with the fundamental concepts of business – economics, marketing, quantitative analysis, accounting & finance, operations, organisational behaviour and so on. These courses are common for all students and need to be completed before students opt for their area of specialisation.

Business Specialisations
At the end of the fourth term, students are required to select their area of specialization from the following:

  • - Marketing
  • - Finance
  • - Operations

During terms 5 to 8, the curriculum has a mix of core and elective courses across the three disciplines. The list of core and elective courses over the programme is given below. This is a dynamic list that may be amended.

Global Immersion Programme at Mannheim Business School, Germany
During the programme, students will visit Mannheim Business School, Germany which is the highest ranked business school in Germany and one of the finest in the world. Seeing how some of the best engineering companies in the world conduct business and understanding the business environment of the Euro Zone is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our students.

Certification Programmes
In addition to the core and elective courses covered, Woxsen offers value-added certification programmes to address essential skills such as:

  • - Six Sigma
  • - Consumer Insights
  • - Digital Marketing
  • - Financial Modelling

The curriculum has been designed by a panel of academicians and professionals from industry who have ensured that the selection of courses in the programme and content of each course matches the current and future requirements of the Indian and global economy. At the end of the programme, students will be well-prepared to take on the challenges of the ever-increasing complexity of the business world.

At the end of the PGPXP programme, participants will indeed be ready to take on the challenges of a professional manager or an entrepreneur.
