Work From Home has become a norm in the majority of organizations which made companies realize employee engagement and motivation are major factors for a successful business. While HRs are using multiple mediums to engage their workforce, Chatbots have been grabbing a lot of light these days.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What are Chatbots?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A chatbot in simple words is a computer program which is designed to stimulate and process conversations with humans. Which will allow humans to interact with a digital device as if they are interacting with another real person. Chatbots are user-friendly collaborative communication technology between management and the employees which makes the conversations informal and interactive.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 Ways Chatbots Are Being Used By HR\u2019s<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Recruitment Automation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Automation has been the front runner among the other aspects, recruitment wing under HR has been using digital technology to sort out the applications and filtering only the needed one&#8217;s. Chatbots work very well with the Application Tracking Software (ATS). With this the entire recruitment process from job posting to interview scheduling can be done from one place.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3><strong>Employee Upskilling<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inclusion of Chat bots in employee&#8217;s mobile&#8217;s or would eradicate the need for Learning Manage System (LMS) or classroom style learning which indeed leads to monetary benefits and reduces the time taken by employees making their own learning schedules thereby boosting employee morale and making them knowledgeable through Digital courses.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3><strong>Easy Communication<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chatbots can seamlessly communicate organization objectives to the employee making them stakeholders in organizational objectives. With the Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities it possesses it can understand any human input and can easily process thousands of documents and give the user specifically required insights.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3><strong>Employee Engagement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conventional employee engagement practices and motivation techniques are becoming stale and have not been rewarding as before. To analyze employee behavior, to provide feedback, and to create a viable ecosystem, emerging technologies such as Internet of Things (IOT), Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence are being utilized.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3><strong>Database Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Integration of employee data into the cloud makes the job of HR easy by retrieving data whenever required and from any location with an internet connection. And collection of data from the employees becomes much easier whenever required by using chatbots as a medium.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The pandemic had brought a lot of changes in everyone&#8217;s day to day life and the HR department is no exception.
